摘要
针对氨压缩机在正常负荷下防喘振阀不能全关的问题,通过实际对喘振曲线的测试,修正以前的曲线,对机组控制系统进行精调和优化。优化后将在满足装置工艺安全运行的前提下,全关或尽可能关小防喘振阀,实现优化节能。
Aiming at the problem that the anti-surge valve of ammonia compressor can not be closed completely under normal load,the surge curve is tested in practice,and the former curve is modified to fine tune and optimize the control system of the unit.After optimization,the anti-surge valve will be closed completely or as small as possible to achieve energy-saving optimization.
