摘要 为了提高广播电视发射台站(以下简称台站)的生产效率,实现台站的智慧运维,使用数字孪生技术,在信息化平台上为整个台站实景及工作流程创建数字分身,实现台站孪生系统。通过数字分身,能够轻易获取设备状态、组织监控操作、执行预测性维护,缩短宕机时间,为台站智慧运维提供了一种可行的方式。孪生系统仅使用较低的成本,就能提升台站的建设水平,让台站的运维更智慧、更真实,具有较大的使用价值,值得推广。基于此,详细介绍广播电视发射台站孪生系统的设计与实现,为台站的智慧化运维提供参考。 In order to improve the production efficiency of radio and television transmitting stations(hereinafter referred to as “stations”)and realize intelligent operation and maintenance of stations, digital twin technology is used to create a digital separation for the whole station reality and work process on the information platform and realize the station twin system. Through digital separation, it is easy to obtain equipment status, organize monitoring operations, perform predictive maintenance, shorten downtime, and provide a feasible way for intelligent operation and maintenance of stations. The twin system can improve the construction level of the station and make the operation and maintenance of the station more intelligent, more real, with greater use value, which is worth promoting. Based on this,the design and implementation of the twin system of radio and television transmitting stations are introduced in detail, which provides reference for intelligent operation and maintenance of stations.
