基于融媒体技术平台的采访报题及任务派单系统实现

Implementation of Interview Topic and Task Dispatch System Based on Media Fusion Technology Platform

分析、研究丽水市广播电视总台基于融媒体技术平台的全媒体节目生产流程,从记者选题报题、任务派单、设备申领、外出采访、设备归还、节目制作及审核播出等内容生产的全流程出发,研究设计融媒采访报题及任务派单系统。通过该系统的建设,实现记者报题和任务派单的智能化和数字化管理,使广电设备的申领和归还等纳入融媒体技术平台“策采编发”的全流程规范化闭环管理,提高融媒体中心全媒体内容生产效率的同时,还可以提高设备使用效率并降低设备管理的人力资源成本。

Through the in-depth analysis and research of the all-media program production process of Lishui Radio and Television Station based on the integrated media technology platform, this paper studies and designs the all-media interview topic and task dispatch system from the whole process of content production such as reporter topic selection, task dispatch, equipment application,out-of-office interview, equipment return, program production, review and broadcasting. Through the construction of this system, the intelligent and digital management of journalists’ reports and task dispatches has been realized, so that the application and return of radio and television equipment are included in the standardized closed-loop management of the whole process of the media integration technology platform “planning, collection, compilation and distribution”, which improves the production efficiency of the all-media content of the media fusion center,and can also improve the efficiency of equipment use and reduce the human resource cost of equipment management.
