近年来,随着有线电视使用人数不断下降,尤其是云计算、大数据技术出现以后,广电公司传统的内容制作和传播模式已经不适合时代发展,广电公司节目制作领域推进数字化、网络化、智慧化势在必行。景宁县广电单位基于DVB+OTT开放式架构设计智慧云媒体平台,构建节目内容制造系统、综合运营管理、业务运营和网络及终端服务等四个子系统,实现用户从“看电视”到“用电视”的转变,为探索新的广电应用平台提供了参考。

In recent years, with the continuous decline in the number of cable TV users, especially after the emergence of cloud computing and big data technology, the traditional content production and communication mode of radio and television companies is no longer suitable for the development of the times. It is imperative to promote digitalization, networking and intelligence in the field of program production of radio and television companies. Jingning Radio and TV has designed a smart cloud media platform based on DVB+OTT open architecture, constructed four subsystems, including program content manufacturing system, integrated operation management, business operation and network and terminal services, realized the transformation of users from "watching TV" to "using TV", and provided a reference for exploring new radio and TV application platforms.
