摘要
阐述智能化的数控加工技术,提升生产加工效率,数控加工在工艺设计、夹具设计中的不同,使得数控加工过程中的问题,探讨在数控机械加工中,合理设置切削进给量,提高换刀工序的科学性,同时在夹具中设置定位块,解决零部件与机床原点坐标位置偏差的问题。
This paper expounds the intelligent NC processing technology to improve the production and processing efficiency. The difference between NC processing in process design and fixture design causes problems in the process of NC processing. It discusses how to reasonably set the cutting feed in NC machining to improve the scientificity of tool change process. At the same time, it sets the positioning block in the fixture to solve the problem of position deviation between parts and machine tool origin coordinates.
