共同富裕视域下数字普惠金融对文化消费差距的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Financial Inclusion on Cultural Consumption Gap from the Perspective of Common Prosperity

本文在共同富裕视域下,采用收敛模型分析了我国数字普惠金融发展和居民文化消费水平在省级层面的变动特征,以及数字普惠金融对居民文化消费差距的影响效果。研究结果表明:第一,数字普惠金融、文化消费在省级间的水平差值均在不断缩小。第二,无论是否控制了诸多影响变量的情况下,全国呈现出文化消费低水平地区以更高速度追赶文化消费高水平地区的态势,直至达到稳态。第三,数字普惠金融仅对中部地区各省级间文化消费增长率的收敛起到促进作用,对全国范围内文化消费增长率收敛的积极作用还未全面形成。因此,推动数字普惠金融向纵深发展、提升弱势群体数字金融素养、发挥财政政策引导数字普惠金融支持文化产业发展的功能是解决问题的有效方式。

From the perspective of common prosperity, this paper uses the convergence model to analyze the change characteristics of the development of digital inclusive finance and residents’ cultural consumption level at the provincial level, as well as the impact of digital inclusive finance on residents’ cultural consumption gap. The research results show that: first, the level difference of digital inclusive finance and cultural consumption among provinces is shrinking. Second, regardless of whether many influencing variables are controlled, regions with low level of cultural consumption catch up with regions with high level of cultural consumption at a higher speed until they reach a steady state. Third, digital financial inclusion only promotes the convergence of the growth rate of cultural consumption among provinces in the central region, and its positive effect on the convergence of the growth rate of cultural consumption across the country has not been fully formed. Therefore, promoting the in-depth development of digital financial inclusion, improving the digital financial literacy of vulnerable groups, and giving full play to the function of fiscal policy guiding digital financial inclusion to support the development of cultural industry are effective ways to solve the problem.
