摘要
2021年版《JSCA性能设计手册》提出了一个简单方法来确定中低层建筑的抗震性能等级。展示了该方法的应用范围,并解释了用于确定抗震性能等级的保有水平承载力的新概念。
2021 edition of the JSCA performance-based seismic design manual proposes a simple method for determining seismic performance grades for low-rise buildings.The scope of application of this method will be shown,and the new concept of performance-preserving horizontal strength for determining seismic grade will be explained.
