摘要
为研究一种新型法兰栓焊连接柱节点在多高层钢结构中的工程应用,对3个法兰连接足尺模型试件进行了静力加载试验,并建立ABAQUS有限元模型对其进行对比论证以及理论分析。分析结果表明:新型法兰栓焊连接节点受力性能良好,对比传统法兰连接节点其刚度和承载力均有所提升;新型法兰栓焊连接节点的破坏模式有所改善。得出了不同焊缝尺寸下新型法兰栓焊连接节点的螺栓与焊缝承受弯矩的受力分配比,试验结果与有限元分析结果具有较好的一致性。
In order to study the engineering application of a new type of flange bolted-welded connection column joints in multi-stored steel structures,static loading tests were carried out on 3 full-scale model specimens of flange connection,and the ABAQUS finite element model was established to carry out comparative demonstration and theoretical analysis.The analysis results show that the new type of flange bolted-welded connection joints stress performance is good,and the stiffness and bearing capacity are improved compared to traditional flange connection.The failure mode of the new type flange bolted-welded connection joint has been improved.The stress distribution ratio between the bolt of the new type flange bolted-welded connection joint and the bending moment of the welding joint under different weld sizes was obtained,the experimental results are in good agreement with the finite element analysis results.
