高管教育水平异质性与企业社会责任关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 高管成员是企业与利益相关者联系的核心人物,对企业社会责任的履行产生重要影响。企业在复杂多变的环境下,高管教育水平异质性越高,处理繁杂问题和突发事件的能力越强,有助于企业战略决策的制定。本文基于高层梯队理论和企业社会责任理论,以2010年-2019年的上市企业为研究对象,运用固定效应回归模型研究不同企业年龄和企业研发投入水平下高管教育水平异质性对企业社会责任的影响。研究结果表明,高管成员作为管理层的核心人员,高管教育水平异质性越高越有助于企业社会责任的履行;企业年龄越大,高管团队的教育水平异质性对企业社会责任的影响更加显著;企业研发投入力度越大,高管团队的教育水平异质性会有利于企业更好地履行社会责任。该结论反映出企业可以从高管的人力资源配置角度出发,有效构建高管团队;增加企业研发投入,强化对企业高管团队的培训,保持企业发展活力,从而改善企业社会责任问题。 Senior management members are the core figures in the connection between enterprises and stakeholders,and have an important impact on the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.In the complex and changeable environment,the higher the heterogeneity of executives’educational level,the greater the ability to deal with complex problems and emergencies that is conducive to the formulation of strategic decisions.Based on the high-level echelon theory and corporate social responsibility theory,this paper is intended for the study of companies listed between 2010 and 2019,and uses the fixed effect regression model to study the impact of the heterogeneity of executives’educational level on corporate social responsibility under different operating years of enterprises and R&D investment levels in enterprises.The results show that as the core personnel of management,the higher the heterogeneity of executives’educational level,the greater the ability that is conducive to the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.The longer operating years of the enterprise,the bigger impact the heterogeneity of the education level of the top management team has on CSR.The greater level of the R&D investment in enterprise,the bigger ability the heterogeneity of the educational level of the top management team will have which is conducive to the enterprise’s better performance of social responsibility.These findings indicate that enterprises can effectively build a senior management team from the perspective of the human resources allocation of senior executives;by increasing R&D investment in enterprises,strengthening the training of senior management team and maintaining the vitality of enterprise development,corporate social responsibility can be improved.
