摘要
介绍了目前白车身尺寸监控的现状,针对离线测量频率低和在线测量精度低的问题,提出了全新的一种车身尺寸在线绝对全域测量的方法。应用该技术,可以在车型的起步阶段即发挥作用,对产生的尺寸偏差和缺陷进行预警和报警,从而在项目早期开始对车身缺陷进行整改,并且能够对车身进行虚拟装配和虚拟样架的实时分析,提高车身质量,缩短车型上市流程。
The current situation of Body-in-White(BIW) measurement is introduced. Aiming at the low frequency of offline measurement and low accuracy of online measurement, a new method of BIW atline absolute point cloud measurement is proposed. The application of this technology can play a role in the initial stage of the vehicle model, warning and alarming the size deviation and defects generated, so that the vehicle body defects can be rectified at the early stage of the project, and real-time analysis of virtual assembly and virtual sample frame can be carried out on the vehicle body, so as to improve the vehicle body quality and shorten the vehicle listing process.
