摘要
针对特种车辆变速器倒挡齿轮采用倒锥斜内齿结构的设计,进行了结构介绍和分析,通过CATIA参数化设计建立了三维模型,通过ADAMS动力学分析软件建立了动力学模型,从力学分析结果中识别出了在制动工况下会脱挡的风险,分析了影响脱挡的相关影响因素,制定了改进措施,并通过台架和实车对比试验进行了脱挡现象复现,验证了改进措施的有效性。
Aiming at the design of special vehicle transmission reverse gear with inverted bevel helical internal gear structure, the structure is introduced and analyzed. A three-dimensional model is established through CATIA parametric design, and a dynamic model is established through ADAMS dynamic analysis software. The risk of gear disengagement under braking conditions is identified from the mechanical analysis results, and the relevant influencing factors affecting gear disengagement are analyzed, and improvement measures are formulated, the effectiveness of the improvement measures is verified by the reoccurrence of gear out through bench and real vehicle contrast tests.
