轴承钢球滚动接触疲劳寿命预测方法 被引量:2

摘要 轴承是非常重要的设备零件,为保障设备运行的安全性,提出轴承钢球滚动接触疲劳寿命预测方法。该方法通过构建轴承钢球拟静力学模型,使用该模型获得轴承钢球坐标、钢球接触变形数值以及轴承内圈、外圈与钢球之间的关系数据后,依据该数据计算轴承钢球滚动接触变形时不同轴的位移总增量;再将轴承钢球滚动接触变形时不同轴的位移总增量,输入到轴承钢球滚动接触疲劳寿命预测模型模型内,利用该模型预测轴承的总寿命、轴承钢球滚动次数不同,沟槽失效情况下轴承寿命,以及轴承不同荷载位置疲劳寿命。实验结果表明:该方法可有效获取轴承钢球滚动时钢球表面点震动响应信息,且计算轴承钢球滚动接触变形位移数值与理想数值吻合度较高,同时也可有效预测轴承钢球接触外圈和内圈的疲劳寿命。 Bearing is a very important part of equipment. In order to ensure the safety of equipment operation, a prediction method of rolling contact fatigue life of bearing steel ball is proposed. In this method, a quasi-static model of the bearing steel ball is built, and the coordinates of the bearing steel ball, the contact deformation value of the steel ball, and the relationship data between the bearing inner race, outer race and the steel ball are obtained by using this model. Then, the total displacement increment of different axes during the rolling contact deformation of the bearing steel ball is calculated according to this data;Then, the total displacement increment of different shafts during rolling contact deformation of bearing steel ball is input into the rolling contact fatigue life prediction model of bearing steel ball, and the model is used to predict the total life of bearing, the bearing life under different rolling times of bearing steel ball, the bearing life under groove failure, and the fatigue life of bearing at different load positions. The experimental results show that this method can effectively obtain the point vibration response information of the steel ball surface when the bearing steel ball is rolling, and the calculated rolling contact deformation displacement value of the bearing steel ball is in good agreement with the ideal value. At the same time, it can effectively predict the fatigue life of the bearing steel ball contacting the outer ring and the inner ring.
