应用天玑骨科机器人导航辅助治疗双侧锁骨中段骨折的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察应用骨科机器人导航辅助手术治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床疗效。方法 2022年11月16日北京积水潭医院创伤骨科对1例双侧锁骨中段骨折患者在天玑骨科机器人导航辅助下行闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定术。术后6周进行随访。用X线评价骨折愈合程度,临床功能评价包括视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及肩关节Constant-Murley评分。结果 患者术后6周X线检查显示骨折线模糊,有骨痂通过骨折线。局部无压痛及叩击痛,无异常活动,肩关节正常活动时无疼痛。VAS评分由7分降到术后0分。Constant-Murley肩关节评分为95分。患者对局部外观满意。结论 应用天玑骨科机器人三维导航辅助微创治疗锁骨骨折可明显减少X线透视时间,更加精准置入髓内钉,手术切口更小,也真正实现了微创、精准、快速、美观,达到了最佳的复位和固定效果。 Objective To observe the effect of close reduction and TEN fixation on midshaft clavicle fracture assisted with orthopedic robot navigation.Methods On November 16,2022,a patient with bilateral midshaft clavicle fracture was treated by closed reduction and internal fixation with elastic intramedullary nail assisted with the aid of Tianji robot navigation in the Department of Trauma of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital.The clinical function evaluation included visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Constant-Murley score of shoulder joint.Results X-ray examination 6 weeks after operation showed blurred fracture line and callus passing through fracture line.No local tenderness and percussion pain,no abnormal activity,no pain with normal shoulder joint activity.VAS score decreased from 7 to 0 after surgery,Constant-Murley shoulder joint score of 95.The patient was satisfied with the local appearance.Conclusion The application of Tianji Orthopedic robot 3D navigation on operation treatment of clavicle fracture can significantly reduce the X-ray fluoroscopy time,get more accurate insertion of intramedullary nail,and smaller surgical incision.Meanwhile,it truly achieves minimally invasive,accurate,rapid,beautiful,and gets the best reduction and fixation effect.
