女性体育权利平等的内在诉求、现实困境与实现保障

The Inherent Demand,Realistic Dilemma and Realization Guarantee of Women's Equality in Sports Rights

实现我国男女体育权利平等不仅能够促进全民健身计划的实施,同时能够为和谐良好的社会人际关系奠定基础。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等,梳理体育权利的基本内涵,探究构建男女体育权利平等的内在诉求,总结现存体育权利不平等困境,提出构建我国男女体育权利平等的实现保障。研究认为:机会平等、实践平等、差异性平等三者为实现男女体育权利平的内在诉求。现存困境:1)女性体育参政议政人数相对弱势;2)教师对性别的刻板印象仍然存在;3)社会长期父权性别秩序深入人心。实现保障:1)出台专门的女性体育权利保障政策;2)运用体育媒体塑造与传播女性形象;3)强化女性在体育领域中的主体意识;4)营造女性参与的社会体育文化氛围。

Realizing equality of sports rights between men and women in my country can not only promote the implementation of the nationwide fitness program,but also lay the foundation for harmonious and good social interpersonal relationships.This article uses literature method,logical reasoning method,etc.,combs the basic connotation of sports rights,explores the inner demands of constructing the equality of sports rights between men and women,summarizes the existing dilemma of inequality in sports rights,and proposes to construct the realization guarantee of the equality of sports rights between men and women in my country.Research believes that:equality of opportunity,equality of practice,and equality of differences are the inherent demands for achieving equal rights in sports for men and women.Existing dilemmas:1)The number of female sports participating in politics is relatively weak;2)Teachers’stereotypes of gender still exist;3)The long-term patriarchal gender order is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Realize the guarantee:1)Introduce a special protection policy for women's sports rights;2)Use sports media to shape and spread the image of women;3)Strengthen women's subject consciousness in the field of sports;4)Create a social sports cultural atmosphere in which women participate.
