体医融合综合干预青少年近视眼“五位一体”模式研究

Research on the"Five in One"Model of Comprehensive Intervention of Physical and Medical Integration in Juvenile Myopia

本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验干预法等研究方法,依据中医、体育、营养、生活方式、心理五位一体的模式,助推青少年健康促进的理论,探索减缓和消除青少年近视问题。结论:青少年近视眼的产生机理、影响因素是综合干预的基础依据;准确测评眼病类型,本着提前干预原则,结合自身实际,制定合理的“五位一体”综合干预方案。通过科学的制度设计、多主体协同参与、重视近视预防、强化科普宣传,引导树立正确观念等措施。

By the research methods of literature,expert interview and experimental intervention,this paper explores how to alleviate and eliminate the problem of juvenile myopia based on the“five in one”model of traditional Chinese medicine,sports,nutrition,lifestyle and psychology.Conclusion:the mechanism and influencing factors of juvenile myopia are the basis of comprehensive intervention;Accurately evaluate the types of eye diseases,and formulate a reasonable"five in one"comprehensive intervention plan based on the principle of early intervention and their own reality.Through scientific system design,multi-agent collaborative participation,paying attention to myopia prevention,strengthening popular science publicity,guiding the establishment of correct ideas and other measures.
