Professor Bse-tshang-blo-bzang-dpal-ldan devoted his whole life to the cause of ethnic education.In his more than 40 years of teaching career,he integrated traditional and modern edu-cational ideas,formed his own unique educational thought,and cultivated thousands of high-level talents for ethnic areas.He advocated strengthening and improving students'awareness of"multi-hearing"and"speculative thinking",believing that"multi-hearing"is the basis of"speculative thinking"and"speculative thinking"is the purpose of"multi-hearing".He was rigorous in academic research,learned and knowledgeable,and wrote books to carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the nation.
