论汉藏公文翻译中四字格短语的构成与翻译--以2022年“中央一号文件”为例

On The Constitution And Translation Of Four-Character Case Phrases In Sino-Tibetan Official Document Translation

“中央一号文件”是我国“三农”工作的指导性文件,该文件直接关系到民生问题,用民族文字翻译好该文件显得至关重要。文章以该文件为例具体讨论汉藏公文翻译中四字格短语的翻译方法。四字格短语是汉藏语系特有的短语类型,在汉藏语言中大量存在,然而在具体的汉藏翻译实践中,汉语四字格短语有时很难用四字的格式翻译成藏文。因此文章分析并总结了九种四字格短语的构成模式,对四字格短语的翻译方法进行了分类,提出汉藏公文翻译中四字格的译法应学习借鉴藏语原有的四字格传统句法。

The"No.1 Central document"is a guiding document for the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The document is directly related to people's livelihood issues,and it is very im-portant to translate the document well in the national language.This paper takes this document as an example to discuss the translation methods of four-character case phrases in the translation of Sino-Tibetan official documents.Four-character case phrases are unique to Sino-Tibetan language and exist in large numbers in Sino-Tibetan language.However,in specific Sino-Tibetan transla-tion practice,it is sometimes difficult to translate Chinese four-character case phrases into Tibetan in four-character format.Therefore,this paper analyzes and summarizes the formation patterns of nine four-character case phrases,classifies the translation methods of four-character case phrases,and proposes that the translation of four-character case in Sino-Tibetan official document transla-tion should learn from the traditional syntax of the original Tibetan four-character case.
