摘要
为了降低疫苗生产成本,本研究通过优化悬浮细胞培养和猪圆环病毒2型的增殖工艺,提高了病毒液的滴度和产量,从而提升疫苗效果。研究发现,悬浮细胞最佳的传代密度和培养时间分别为1.0×106CFU/mL和72 h,在猪圆环病毒2型的增殖工艺优化中确定的最佳接毒剂量为5%,病毒液滴度最高的收毒时间为72 h。
In order to reduce the cost of vaccine production,this study improved the titer and yield of the virus liquid by optimizing the suspension cell culture and the proliferation process of porcine circovirus type 2,thereby improving the vaccine effect.The results showed that,the optimal passage density and culture time of suspension cells were 1.0 ×10~6 CFU/mL and 72 h,respectively.The optimal inoculation dose determined in the optimization of the propagation process of porcine circovirus type 2 was 5%,and the inoculation time with the highest virus titer was 72 h.
