天麻钩藤颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病临床研究

Clinical Study on Tianma Gouteng Granules Combined with Irbesartan for Hypertension

目的:观察天麻钩藤颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法:选取80例高血压病患者,按随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦片口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予天麻钩藤颗粒冲服。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后血压、血管活性物质水平及症状评分。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组24 h平均收缩压(SBP)、24 h平均舒张压(DBP)较治疗前下降(P<0.05);且观察组24 h平均SBP、24 h平均DBP低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组一氧化氮(NO)水平较治疗前增高,内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组NO水平高于对照组,ET、AngⅡ水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组各项症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病患者的疗效较好,能降低血压变异性,恢复血管活性物质水平,改善临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with Irbesartan on the treatment of hypertension.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given Irbesartan Tablets orally,and the observation group was additionally given Tianma Gouteng Granules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated,and the blood pressure,levels of vasoactive substances and symptom scores in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 77.50% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour average systolic blood pressure(SBP) and 24-hour average diastolic blood pressure(DBP) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the 24-hour average SBP and 24-hour average DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO) were increased,and the levels of endothelin(ET) and angiotensin II(AngII) were decreased in the two groups when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the level of NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of ET and AngII were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with Irbesartan has a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of hypertension patients,which can reduce blood pressure variability,restore the levels of vasoactive substances and improve clinical symptoms.
