益肾健脾化瘀汤联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾病临床研究

Clinical Study on Yishen Jianpi Huayu Decoction Combined with Valsartan for Chronic Kidney Disease

目的:观察益肾健脾化瘀汤联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性肾病患者96例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。2组均给予基础治疗,对照组口服缬沙坦胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上给予益肾健脾化瘀汤治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组免疫学指标和肾功能指标,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组85.42%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组24 h尿蛋白水平(24 h UP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组24 h UP、BUN、SCr水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肾健脾化瘀汤联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾病,可提高患者免疫功能和肾功能,临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Yishen Jianpi Huayu Decoction combined with valsartan on chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.The control group was treated orally with Valsartan Capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yishen Jianpi Huayu Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated,and the immunological indexes and kidney function indexes in the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 97.92%in the observation group,higher than that of 85.42%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the CD8^(+) level was respectively decreased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)level was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24-hour urinary protein(24 h UP),urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of 24-hour UP,BUN and SCr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yishen Jianpi Huayu Decoction combined with Valsartan can improve the immune function and kidney function of patients with chronic kidney disease,with significant clinical effect and high safety.
