益母草颗粒联合米非司酮片治疗药物流产后阴道出血临床研究

Clinical Study on Motherwort Granules Combined with Mifepristone Tablets for Vaginal Bleeding After Medicine Abortion

目的:观察益母草颗粒联合米非司酮片治疗药物流产后阴道出血的疗效。方法:观察98例药物流产后阴道出血患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组50例及对照组48例。对照组给予米非司酮片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予益母草颗粒治疗。2组均以7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗1个疗程。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及阴道出血停止时间、月经恢复时间、子宫内膜厚度及血红蛋白水平的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床疗效为96.00%,对照组为81.25%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组阴道出血停止时间、月经恢复时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平均较治疗前下降,但仅对照组与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益母草颗粒联合米非司酮片治疗药物流产后阴道出血效果显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,缩短出血时间,促进月经周期恢复,有利于子宫内膜厚度恢复,改善贫血状态。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Motherwort Granules combined with Mifepristone Tablets for vaginal bleeding after medicine abortion.Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients with vaginal bleeding after medicine abortion were observed and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 and 48 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with Mifepristone Tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Motherwort Granules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for one course,with 7 days being a course.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,stopping time of vaginal bleeding,recovery time of menstruation,endometrial thickness and levels of hemoglobin were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical effect was 96.00% in the treatment group and 81.25% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The stopping time of vaginal bleeding and recovery time of menstruation in the treatment group were earlier than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness and levels of hemoglobin in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and there was significant difference being found in the comparison of the two indexes before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness and levels of hemoglobin in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motherwort Granules combined with Mifepristone Tablets have a significant effect in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after medicine abortion,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the bleeding time,promote the recovery of menstrual cycle,help the recovery of endometrial thickness,and improve anemia.
