景天祛斑胶囊辅助点阵激光治疗黄褐斑临床研究

Clinical Study on Jingtian Quban Capsules Assisting Fractional Laser for Melasma

目的:观察景天祛斑胶囊辅助点阵激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取94例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各47例。对照组采取点阵激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予景天祛斑胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效、皮损颜色、皮损面积、雌激素水平及复发率。结果:观察组总有效率为95.74%,优于对照组80.85%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组促卵泡生成素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E_(2))及黄体生成激素(LH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组FSH、E_(2)、LH水平均低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组皮损颜色及皮损面积评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组皮损颜色及皮损面积评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮损颜色及皮损面积评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为2.22%,低于对照组18.42%(P<0.05)。结论:景天祛斑胶囊辅助点阵激光治疗黄褐斑祛斑效果显著,有利于改善患者皮损颜色,减小皮损面积,降低体内雌激素水平,复发率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingtian Quban Capsules assisting fractional laser for melasma.Methods:A total of 94 cases of patients with melasma were selected as study objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fractional laser,and the observation group Was additionally treated with Jingtian Quban Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects,the skin lesion color,the skin lesion area,the estrogen levels and the recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.74%in the observation group,better than that of 80.85%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of flicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),serum estradiol(E_(2))and luteinizing hormone(LH)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,E_(2) and LH in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of skin lesion color and area between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin lesion color and area in the two groups were lower those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores of skin lesion color and area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 2.22%in the observation group,lower than that of 18.42%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingtian Quban Capsules assisting fractional laser has a significant effect in the treatment of melasma,which is conducive to improving the skin lesion color,reducing the skin lesion area and decreasing the estrogen levels in the body,with a low recurrence rate.
