清热散结胶囊联合强脉冲光治疗重度痤疮临床研究

Clinical Study on Qingre Sanjie Capsules Combined with Intense Pulsed Light for Severe Acne

目的:观察清热散结胶囊联合强脉冲光治疗重度痤疮的疗效。方法:选取100例重度痤疮患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组给予强脉冲光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清热散结胶囊治疗。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后皮损差值及生活质量评分的变化。结果:3个疗程结束后,观察组与对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为94.00%、72.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组丘疹、粉刺及结节皮损差值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组生活质量(心理、生理、学习与工作、社交娱乐、运动、日常生活、家庭、穿衣、性生活、治疗及总分)评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热散结胶囊联合强脉冲光治疗重度痤疮疗效确切,能有效改善患者皮肤状况,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qingre Sanjie Capsules combined with intense pulsed light for severe acne.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with severe acne were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingre Sanjie Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 courses,with one month being a course.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the changes in differential values of skin lesions and scores of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effect was 94.00% in the observation group and 72.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The differential values of skin lesions including pimples,acne and nodule in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life including psychology,physiology,learning and working,social entertainment,exercise,daily life,family,dressing,sexual life and treatment as well as the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Sanjie Capsules combined with intense pulsed light has a definitive curative effect in treating severe acne,and can effectively improve skin conditions and quality of life of patients.
