Experience of PANG Dexiang in Treating Breast Cancer from the Liver

浙江省省级名中医庞德湘教授从事中医临床50年,积累了丰富的诊疗经验,形成了自己独特的辨治体系。乳腺癌是女性最常见恶性肿瘤,庞德湘教授根据长期临床经验提出从肝论治乳腺癌,并总结出有效治疗方剂散结逍遥散,临床使用疗效显著。笔者从乳腺癌从肝论治理论依据、散结逍遥散临床应用及临证加减三方面阐述,并附2例笔者跟诊的验案以飨读者。

Professor PANG Dexiang,a famous provincial traditional Chinese medicine physician in Zhejiang Province,has been engaged in Chinese medicine clinic for 50 years,accumulated rich experience in diagnosis and treatment,and formed his own unique system of differentiation and treatment.Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women.Professor PANG Dexiang proposed to treat breast cancer from the liver according to his long-term clinical experience,and found an effective formula,namely Sanjie Xiaoyao Powder,which has a significant clinical effect.The authors expounded the theoretical basis for the treatment of breast cancer from the liver,the clinical application of Sanjie Xiaoyao Powder,and the syndrome-based modification,and extracted two proven cases during their clinical practice and study for the readers.
