湖南省机耕道建设对策与测算研究

Study on the countermeasures and calculation of tractor road construction in Hunan Province

近年来,随着国家对农业投入的加大和农机购置补贴政策实施,农村新型经营主体得到了快速发展,农业机械保有量大幅增加,但农机作业基础设施严重滞后,机耕道太少,“有机无路”的矛盾日益突出,严重制约了农业机械化的效益和发展。加快机耕道建设,对推进农业机械化、实施乡村振兴战略具有重要的意义。通过调研湖南省机耕道建设情况,提出了初步测算方法和对策建议。

In recent years,with the increase of national investment in agriculture,the implementation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy,and the rapid development of new rural business entities,the number of agricultural machinery has increased significantly,and has become the main force of agricultural production.However,the agricultural machinery operation infrastructure is seriously lagging behind,there are too few tractor roads,and the contradiction of"organic roadless"is increasingly prominent,which seriously restricts the efficiency and development of agricultural mechanization.Accelerating the construction of tractor roads is of great significance to promoting agricultural mechanization and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.The preliminary calculation methods and countermeasures are proposed,through the investigation of the construction of tractor roads in Hunan Province.
