基于虚拟设备的空气压缩机维护检测系统设计

摘要 空气压缩机一般简称空压机,是起源装置的重要组成部分,它能将原动机产生的机械势能转换为气体势能,同时也是压缩空气的气压发生装置。定期定时开展空压机维护检测工作,可为其正常运行提供重要保障。为提高空压机维护检测工作的效率,基于虚拟设备设计了一种可动态测试空压机运行状态的维护检测系统,具有结构简单、开发周期短、维护调试简便等优点。试验证明,该系统功能完善,可有效满足现阶段空压机的维护检测需求。 The air compressor is the abbreviation of the air compressor.It is an important part of the origin device.It can convert the mechanical potential energy generated by the prime mover into gas potential energy,and is also the air pressure generating device of compressed air.Regular maintenance and testing of air compressors can provide an important guarantee for their normal operation.In order to improve the efficiency of air compressor maintenance and detection,based on virtual equipment design,this paper designs a maintenance and detection system that can dynamically test the operation status of air compressor,and the system has the advantages of simple structure,short development cycle,simple maintenance,and debugging.The test shows that the system has perfect functions and can effectively meet the maintenance and detection requirements of the air compressor at this stage.
