在现有竹制品的加工过程中通常以不同直径的实心竹为原材料,因此在使用实心竹盘卷机进行作业时,需要根据实心竹直径的差异来调整盘卷速度。直径检测装置可以在实心竹盘卷机进行盘卷作业之前完成对实心竹直径的自动检测,并将检测数据传输给实心竹盘卷机控制单元来调整盘卷速度,以保证加工效率和加工质量。为满足实心竹盘卷机的实际作业需求,通过方案设计和参数计算研发了一款实心竹盘卷机直径检测装置,试验证明能有效提高盘卷机的自动化程度,提升盘卷机作业效率。

In the processing of existing bamboo products,solid bamboo with different diameters is usually used as raw materials.Therefore,when using the solid bamboo reeling machine for operation,the reeling speed needs to be adjusted according to the difference in solid bamboo diameters.The diameter detection device can complete the automatic detection of the diameter of solid bamboo before the solid bamboo reeling machine performs the reeling operation,and transmit the detection data to the control unit of the solid bamboo reeling machine to adjust the reeling speed to ensure the processing efficiency and quality.To meet the actual operation requirements of the solid bamboo reeler,a diameter detection device for the solid bamboo reeler has been developed through scheme design and parameter calculation.The test results show that it can effectively improve the automation of the reeler and improve the operation efficiency of the reeler.
