摘要
随着中国制造2025强国计划的持续推进,机电加工设备在各生产领域的应用越来越广泛,已开始向智能化、自动化方向升级转型。目前,我国大部分高校和中小生产企业还有拥有大量的传统机电设备,其中普通机床就是代表性的传统机电设备之一。随着科技的发展,传统结构的普通机床已经难以满足当下高校的实验实训和企业的生产需求,因此针对这类普通机床进行技术升级改造,对于满足高校的实训实习需求,促进企业生产效能,降低生产成本,提高经济效益意义重大。通过分析传统普通机床数控化改造的内容和要点,针对改造设计过程中的关键问题,提出了相应的解决办法,以期为普通机床的数控化改造提供一定参考。
With the continuous promotion of the"Made in China 2025 Power Plan",the equipment of electromechanical processing has been widely applied in various production fields.It has started to upgrade and transform to the direction of intelligence and automation.Currently,there are still a large number of traditional electromechanical equipment in most universities and small and medium-sized production enterprises in China,among which the ordinary machine tool is one of the representative traditional electromechanical equipment.With the development of science and technology,the traditional structure of ordinary machine tools has been difficult to meet the current needs in experimental training of universities and enterprise production.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out technical upgrading and transformation of ordinary machine tools with complete parts and recent production age,in order to satisfy the demand for practical training in universities,promote the production efficiency of enterprises,reduce production costs,and improve economic benefits.By analyzing the contents and key points of the NC transformation of traditional ordinary machine tools,the corresponding solutions are proposed for the key problems in the transformation design process,in order to provide some reference for the NC transformation of ordinary machine tools.
