基于企业新型学徒制下技能人才培训模式探究——以钳工为例 被引量:1

摘要 钳工是机械制造、加工行业的传统工种,从事钳工岗位的相关工作需要具有广阔的知识面和全面的操作技能。从专业技师院校中选调高水平技能教师深入生产企业,针对企业技术人员岗位需求开展更贴合一线的技能培训,是一种全新的技能人才培养模式。职业院校通过企校合作、工学交替的方式,让企业技能岗位的新入职、转岗员工参加企业新型学徒制培训,可以提高企业技能人才的培养质量,缩短人才培养时间,降低人才培养成本,极大提升企业的技术创新能力和市场竞争力。 Fitter is a traditional type of work in machinery manufacturing and processing industries.Engaging in the related work of fitter positions requires broad knowledge and comprehensive operational skills.It is a new mode of skill training to select high level skill teachers from professional technical universities to go deep into production enterprises,which can carry out skill training for enterprise technicians that is more suitable for job requirements.Vocational colleges,through the cooperation between enterprises and schools and alternating engineering,allow new entrants and transferring employees of enterprise skill positions to participate in the enterprise new apprenticeship training.It can improve the training quality of enterprise skilled talents,shorten the training time of talents,reduce the training cost of talents,and greatly enhance the technical innovation ability and market competitiveness of enterprises.
