摘要 随着“双减”政策的出台,家庭教育的积极配合和学校教育的有序开展成为新时期教育的重要组成部分。目前我国基础教育存在的家校“重管轻育”、主体关系失衡以及共育能力分化等问题亟待破解。需要在生成取向、目标取向以及相互调适取向这三大价值取向的引领下,进一步践行育人初心,提升合作共育能力;不断丰富家校共育内容与形式,明确双方的责任边界;持续整合教育资源,实现效益叠加,构建多主体共育的新格局。使家校共育落到实处、产生实效,促进学生健康全面地发展。 With the introduction of the“double reduction”policy,the active cooperation of family education and the orderly development of school education have become an important part of education in the new era.There are some problems in basic education in China,such as“emphasizing management and neglecting education”,the imbalance of subject relationship,and the differentiation of cooperation ability.Under the value guidance of generation orientation,goal orientation and mutual adjustment orientation,we should practice the original intention of educating people and improve the ability of cooperation;enrich the content and form of home school cooperation,and clarify the responsibility boundary;integrate educational resources and build a new pattern of multi-agent cooperation,so as to make the home school cooperation produce actual results and promote the healthy and all-round development of students.
