摘要
为有效利用植物中的有效成分并拓宽植物在纺织品的应用范围,选用植物多酚对棉纤维进行改性,并对改性后纤维进行抗菌、消臭、抗氧化、经口毒性、皮肤刺激性等测试。结果表明:植物多酚改性棉纤维经50次水洗对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌率均能达到90%以上,同时可清除部分氨气、醋酸异味,对DPPH的自由基清除率达78%,无毒无刺激。植物多酚改性棉纤维符合生态纺织品婴幼儿指标要求。
In order to effectively utilize active components in plants and expand application range of plants in textiles,cotton fibers were modified by plant polyphenol.The modified fibers were tested for antibacterial,deodorizing,resistance to oxidation,oral toxicity and skin irritation.The results showed that the plant polyphenol modified cotton fiber after 50 times of washing could achieve more than 90%bacteriostasis rate against staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,escherichia coli,klebsiella pneumoniae,at the same time part of ammonia gas and acetic acid odor could be removed,DPPH free radical scavenging rate was reached 78%,non⁃toxic without irritation.Plant polyphenol modified cotton fiber could meet the requirements of ecological textiles for infants.
