多层圆筒织物的两种织造工艺设计

摘要 为了解决多层圆筒织物织造困难、经密分布不均等问题,设计了两种多层圆筒织物的织造工艺,分别为圆弧形添经织造法和平板形添经织造法。首先根据多层圆筒织物结构,设计织物的经向截面图,然后确定相应的添经工艺,并且绘制出纹板图,最后在织机上试织两种多层圆筒织物。结果表明:通过合理的添经工艺设计,织造多层圆筒形经向管状织物是可行的。认为:应保持每层经纱的张力一致,避免纱线堆积,以提高织物质量。 In order to solve the problems of weaving difficulties and uneven distribution of multi-layer cylindrical fabrics,two process methods for weaving multi-layer cylindrical fabrics were designed,including circular arc adding warp weaving method and flat shape adding warp weaving method.First of all,according to the multi-layer cylindrical fabric structure,the warp cross-sectional drawing of the fabric was designed,then the corresponding warp addition process was determined,the pattern map was drawn,finally two multi-layer cylindrical fabrics was woven on the loom.The results showed that through the reasonable design of the warp addition process,it is feasible to weave multi-layer cylindrical warp tubular fabric on the loom.It is considered that the tension of each layer should be properly maintained to avoid the accumulation of yarns and improve quality of the fabric.
