摘要
35 m风电运维船采用推进柴油机、柴油发电机组、推进电动机、电池组联合推进的混合动力推进形式,其主推进设备的冷却系统是影响该型船舶运行、成本及重量等的因素之一。为此,本文对其主推进设备的冷却散热需求进行了分析,通过热平衡计算确定了冷却水系统相关设备参数,设计满足需要的冷却水系统。
A wind farm service vessel is equipped with a hybrid propulsion system,including propulsion diesel engines,diesel generator sets,propulsion motors and battery packs.The cooling system of the hybrid propulsion system is one of the factors that affect the operation,cost and weight of the vessel.This paper analyzes the cooling and heat dissipation requirements of the main propulsion system,and determine the cooling water system related equipment parameters through the heat balance calculation to ensure that the design of the cooling water system meets the requirements.
