摘要
跨线桥梁钢管柱支架下方车辆通过时,会使桥梁支架结构产生扰动,影响桥梁施工质量。以某跨线铁路桥梁钢管柱支架为例,利用有限元软件建立车-路-支架模型,研究车辆下穿支架时,车速、车重、车道、车辆与钢管柱相对位置等参数对钢管柱支架力学性能的影响。结果表明:将车速限制在50 km/h以下对桥梁支架的影响是最低的,根据支架类型和施工精度要求不同需要对桥梁支架下方车重做不同的限制要求;支架门洞数为一个时,车辆通过对桥梁支架影响最小。在桥梁施工期间应限制桥梁支架下方车道数量不超过双车道,应控制车辆距离桥梁支架钢管柱的纵桥向距离在2 m以上,保证施工精度。
When the vehicle passes under the steel pipe column bracket of the cross-line bridge,it will cause disturbance to the bridge support structure and affect the construction quality of the bridge.Taking the steel pipe column bracket of a cross-line railway bridge as an example,the vehicle-road-bracket model is established using the finite element software,and the influences of parameters such as vehicle speed,vehicle weight lane,and relative position of vehicle and steel pipe column on the mechanical properties of steel pipe column bracket when the vehicle underpasses the bracket are studied.The results show that limiting the vehicle speed below 50km/h has the lowest impact on the bridge bracket,and different restrictions on the vehicle weightunder the bridge bracket need to be made according to the different requirements of types of bracket and construction accuracy.When the number of bracket door openings is one,the vehicle passing has the least impact on the bridge bracket.During the construction of the bridge,the number of lanes under the bridge bracket should be limited to no more than two lanes,and the longitudinal distance between vehicles and the steel pipe column of the bridge bracket should be controlled be more than 2 m to ensure the construction accuracy.
