渡槽聚脲防水层质量控制及伸缩缝新型组合防水技术

摘要 渡槽防水层涂料、止水带容易老化,伸缩缝接头处容易渗漏,这些是水利建设中亟待解决的施工难题。结合桂中治旱乐滩水库引水渡槽工程,对聚脲涂料施工工艺和常见质量缺陷的解决办法进行介绍,另外简支箱梁槽身之间(或与渡槽端头之间)伸缩缝采取“新型U形GB复合橡胶止水带+不锈钢压板螺栓固定”、刚构渡槽与引槽之间伸缩缝缝采取“不锈钢止水带+橡胶止水条+不锈钢压板螺栓固定”的新型组合防水方式,对设计与施工工艺分别进行了介绍。实践证明防水方案运行效果良好。 Aqueduct waterproof coating and waterstop are easy to age, and expansion joints are easy to leak. These are construction problems that need to be solved urgently in water conservancy construction. This paper introduces the construction technology of polyurea coating and the solutions to common quality defects combined with the Guizhong drought Letan reservoir aqueduct project. In addition, the expansion joints between the simply supported box girders(or between the end of aqueduct) adopt the new combined waterproof method of "new U-shaped GB composite rubber waterstop+stainless steel pressing plate bolt fixation".The other method of "stainless steel waterstop+rubber belt+stainless steel pressing plate bolt fixation" is introduced for the expansion joints between rigid frame aqueduct and approach channel. The design and construction technology are introduced, respectively.The practice proves that the waterproof effect is good.
