适应城际铁路小曲线架梁工况的运架设备改造与应用技术 被引量:2

摘要 城际铁路建设中,由于受不同地域和线路设计条件的制约,架梁施工线路上经常会出现小曲线半径超出运架设备设计适应范围的工况。结合新白广城际铁路项目详细说明了TLJ900型架桥机和TLC900型运梁车的后支腿台车、辅助支腿、驮梁小车、悬臂梁天车改造为可回转式结构及增加行程的方案,解决了现有设备在小曲线半径下无法进行过孔、喂梁、架梁施工的技术困境,提高了现有设备利用率、缩短施工周期、降低劳动强度、提高经济效益,对后续类似施工有着相当重要的借鉴意义。 In the construction of inter-city railway,due to the restrictions of different regions and line design conditions,the working conditions with small curve radius exceeding the design scope of the transportation equipment often occur on the construction line of beam erection.This paper,in combination with the project of XinBaiGuang inter-city railway,describes in detail the scheme of transforming the rear leg trolley,auxiliary leg,load beam trolley and cantilever beam crown block of TLJ900 type bridge erecting machine and TLC900 type beam carrier into a rotatable structure and increasing the travel,which solves the technical dilemma that the existing equipment cannot carry out the construction of passing through hole,beam feeding and beam erecting under the small curve radius.It improves the utilization rate of the existing equipment,shortens the construction period,reduces the labor intensity,and improves the economic efficiency,which has important guiding significance for the subsequent similar construction.
