摘要
富水地区地铁车站结构复杂,现场施工难度大,特别是施工缝和后浇带混凝土因收缩或不均匀沉降容易引起渗漏水。以天津滨海新区地铁B1线欣嘉园地铁车站为例,将地下工程主体施工缝及后浇带等关键部位的防水结构进行改进优化:采用新型镀锌钢板丁基腻子止水带,将水泥基渗透结晶材料填充在环向施工缝和后浇带,并把多节注浆管在后续浇筑的混凝土里预埋,当拆除模板后即进行注浆;另外在桩头、穿墙管、止水带“十字”接头等部位采用新型装配式预制防水产品。实践证明,这些措施有效解决了地铁车站关键部位防水的难题。
The structure of subway station in the water rich area is complex and difficult to construct on site,especially the construction joint and the concrete of post cast strip are easy to cause water leakage due to shrinkage or uneven settlement.Taking Xinjiayuan Metro Station of Tianjin Binhai New Area Metro Line B1 as an example,the waterproof structure of key parts such as the main construction joint and post cast strip of the underground project was improved and optimized.A new type of galvanized steel sheet butyl putty waterstop was used to fill the circumferential construction joint and post cast strip with cement-based permeable crystalline material,and multiple grouting pipes were embedded in the subsequent pouring concrete,and grouting was carried out immediately once the formwork was removed.In addition,new prefabricated waterproof products are used at the pile head,wall pipe,waterstop"cross"joints and other parts.Practice has proved that these measures have effectively solved the problem of waterproof in key parts of subway stations.
