地铁暗挖车站主体结构渗漏有效防治技术 被引量:2

摘要 城市地铁暗挖车站主体结构渗漏水情况较为常见,尤其是PBA工法施工车站,受现有工艺工序的限制,渗漏水较严重,对地铁车站结构的安全性造成严重影响。北京地铁19号线暗挖车站顶纵梁与二衬扣拱衔接处以及侧墙水平施工缝位置出现渗透水,分析产生渗漏的主要原因,借助预埋注浆花管、钢边止水带等,形成多道防水防线,制订综合性的防水设计方案,防治渗漏水效果较好。 The leakage of the main structure of the underground excavation station in the urban subway is relatively common,especially the pile beam arch(PBA)construction method station.Due to the limitation of the existing process,the leakage is relatively serious,which has a serious impact on the safety of the subway station structure.Seepage water appears at the joint of the top longitudinal beam and the second lining buckle arch of the underground excavation station of Beijing Metro Line 19 and at the horizontal construction joint of the side wall.The main causes of leakage are analyzed.With the help of embedded grouting pipe,steel edge waterstop belt,etc.,multiple waterproof lines are formed,and a comprehensive waterproof design scheme is developed,whose effect of leakage prevention is better.
