摘要
随着分布式电源接入配电网的比例逐年增加,对配电网的谐波治理提出了新的挑战。鉴于分布式电源接入配电网数量多、分散广,从全网谐波治理的角度出发,采用电压检测型有源滤波器作为治理装置。根据电压检测型有源滤波器谐波治理的特征,提出全网谐波分区治理的思路,以全网电压谐波畸变最小为目标,建立配电网谐波治理的优化模型,通过改进的粒子群优化算法进行求解,获得全网的谐波治理方案。利用IEEE 33节点电网作为算例验证所提方法的可行性和有效性,计算结果表明,通过治理,电网的谐波电压和谐波电流得到了有效抑制,治理效果较好。
As the proportion of distributed power connected to the distribution network increases year by year,the harmonic governance of the distribution network faces new challenges.In view of the large number and wide dispersion of distributed power sources connected to the distribution network,from the perspective of harmonic control of the whole network,voltage detection active filters are used as the treatment devices.According to the characteristics of harmonic governance of voltage detection active filter,the idea of harmonic zoning management of the whole network is proposed.With the goal of minimizing voltage harmonic distortion in the whole network,an optimization model for harmonic governance of distribution network is established.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the harmonic control scheme of the whole network.The IEEE 33-node power grid is used as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.The calculation results show that through the treatment,the harmonic voltage and harmonic current of the power grid are effectively suppressed,and the treatment effect is good.
