摘要 对高压隔离开关进行准确的动力学仿真是其性能优化、强度校核、故障诊断以及检修维护的基础。借助ADAMS进行高压隔离开关多体动力学仿真及力矩特性研究,建立参数化连杆机构以及触头触指模型;根据理论计算和ANSYS Workbench模态分析结果设置模型的相关动力学参数;仿真获取合闸过程触指形变和操作力矩等动力学特性,并将仿真结果与理论分析、实测波形进行对比,验证模型的准确性;最后分析不同参数下的隔离开关合闸力矩的变化情况。所提出的多体动力学仿真方法及分析结果可为隔离开关在设计阶段实现优化设计、降低成本,在工程应用阶段为工程分析、运维指导提供理论基础与数据支撑。 Accurate dynamic simulation of high-voltage disconnectors is the basis for performance optimization,strength checking,fault diagnosis,and maintenance.With the help of ADAMS,the multibody dynamics simulation and torque characteristics of high-voltage disconnectors are studied,and the parametric linkage mechanism and contact contact model are established.The relevant kinetic parameters of the model are set according to theoretical calculations and ANSYS Workbench modal analysis results.Through simulation,dynamic characteristics such as tactile deformation and operating torque of the closing process are obtained.The simulation results are compared with theoretical analysis and measured waveforms to verify the accuracy of the model.Finally,the change of the closing torque of the disconnector under different parameters is analyzed.The proposed multibody dynamics simulation method and analysis results can optimize the design and reduce costs for the disconnector in the design stage,and provide theoretical basis and data support for engineering analysis and operation and maintenance guidance in the engineering application stage.
