林区生态观测站光储单元协调控制器设计

摘要 在现有林区生态观测站中,存在着蓄电池频繁充放电影响自身寿命和系统运行效率低等问题。针对这些问题,设计了基于DSP+FPGA硬件控制架构的光储能单元协调控制器。该控制器根据林区光照特点与负荷用电需求,将光储单元与负荷的功率作为协调控制判据,采用多工作模式组合的协调控制方法,确保在系统电压稳定前提下实现尽量优先利用光伏电池直接为负荷供电,同时在光照充足时蓄电池进行下垂充电和三阶段快速充电,以均衡蓄电池SOC,提高系统续航能力。最终,经硬件在环实验,验证了所设计控制器的有效性。 In the existing forest ecological observation stations,there are some problems,such as frequent battery charging and discharging,affecting the service life and low system operation efficiency.To solve these problems,a coordinated controller of optical energy storage unit based on DSP+FPGA hardware control architecture is designed in this paper.According to the lighting characteristics and load power demand of the forest area,the controller takes the power of the optical storage unit and the load as the coordinated control criterion.The coordinated control method of multi working mode combination is adopted to ensure that under the premise of stable system voltage,priority is given to the use of photovoltaic cells to directly supply power to the load.At the same time,when the light is sufficient,the battery will be sagged and charged rapidly in three stages to balance the battery SOC and improve the system endurance.Finally,hardware-in-the-loop experiments verify the effectiveness of the designed controller.
