摘要
直流变压器功率阀组是直流变压器在直流配电网中实现电压等级变换的关键设备。基于直流配电网示范工程要求,首先介绍了直流变压器拓扑结构及技术路线。然后在输入±10 kV、输出±375 V的实际工作电压等级下分析了直流变压器功率阀组的绝缘要求,在此绝缘要求下进行功率阀组结构设计及静力仿真,同时完成了功率柜阀组的散热设计及仿真。最后,通过直流耐压试验和功率试验验证了直流变压器功率阀组的绝缘水平和散热性能满足示范工程要求。
DC transformer power valve group is the key equipment for DC transformer to realize voltage level transformation in DC distribution network.Firstly,based on the requirements of DC distribution network demonstration project,the topology and technical route of DC transformer are introduced.Then,the insulation requirements of DC transformer power manifolds are analyzed at actual operating voltage levels of±10 kV input±375 V for output.Under this insulation requirement,the structure design and static simulation of the power valve group are carried out,and the heat dissipation design and simulation of the power cabinet valve group are completed.Finally,the insulation level and heat dissipation performance of the DC transformer power valve group are verified by DC withstand voltage test and power test,which meet the requirements of the demonstration project.
