摘要 为提高热控保护装置的运行稳定性,更好地发挥装置效能,对火力发电厂热控保护装置检修方法开展设计研究。设置信号传感器,将其部署在热控保护装置前端,采集热控保护装置运行中的模拟信号,对应的信号将通过转换器进行滤波处理,以此实现对火力发电厂热控保护装置的运行监测;引进装置运行自检系数与运行状态综合评估系数,建立热控保护装置定期检修状态空间模型;根据热控保护装置在空间模型中的运行状态,进行运行风险评估,再设定热控保护装置检修周期。试验结果表明,该设计方法可以降低检修漏检率,将其控制在0%~2%范围内,检修后的热控保护装置可用度更高。 In order to improve the operation stability of thermal control protection device and give better play to the efficiency of the device,the design and research on the maintenance method of thermal control protection device in thermal power plant were carried out.The signal sensor is deployed in the front of the device to collect the analog signal of the thermal control protection device in operation,and the corresponding signal will be filtered through the converter,so as to realize the operation monitoring of thermal control protection device in the thermal power plant.The self-checking coefficient and the comprehensive evaluation coefficient of the operation state were introduced to establish the periodic maintenance state space model of the thermal control protection device.According to the running state of the thermal control protection device in the space model,the operation risk assessment is carried out and the maintenance period of the thermal control protection device is set.The experimental results show that the design method can reduce the missed detection rate of maintenance and control it in the range of 0%~2%.
