探讨应用耳郭软骨制备鼻尖软骨支架复合体在鼻整形中的应用价值

Application of Auricular Cartilage in the Preparation of Nasal Tip Cartilage Scaffold Composite in Rhinoplasty

目的:探讨应用耳郭软骨制备鼻尖软骨支架复合体在鼻整形中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年3月—2020年3月镇江市中西医结合医院收治的60例鼻中隔塌陷患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组以及观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用硅胶材料治疗,观察组采用耳郭软骨材料治疗。评估两组患者的临床疗效以及患者的满意度,并且比较两组患者的鼻尖高度及鼻长度变化。结果:与对照组比较,观察组的总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.017,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的鼻尖高度较治疗前相比抬高、治疗后两组患者的鼻长度较治疗前相比延长,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.556、14.600,P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。结论:耳郭软骨制备鼻尖软骨支架复合体在鼻整形中的临床疗效显著,患者的满意度高,且弹性良好,给予鼻尖足够的支撑力,具有延长鼻尖的作用,在临床整形手术中具有研究价值。

Objective:To investigate the application value of nasal tip cartilage scaffold complex prepared by auricle cartilage in rhinoplasty.Methods:A total of 60 patients with nasal septal collapse admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to March 2020were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with silicone material and the observation group was treated with olecranon cartilage material.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the patients’ satisfaction were evaluated,and the changes in nasal tip height and nasal length were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the overall effective rate was higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.017,P<0.05).After treatment,the nasal tip height of both groups was elevated compared with that before treatment,and the nasal length of both groups was lengthened compared with that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.556,14.600,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of auricular cartilage preparation of nasal tip cartilage scaffold composite in rhinoplasty is remarkable,with high patient satisfaction and good elasticity,giving sufficient support to the nasal tip with lengthening effect,which has research value in clinical plastic surgery.
