某三级甲等公立医院医护人员对按病种分值付费认知现状调查 被引量:2

Survey on the Current Situation of Medical and Nursing Staff’s Perception of Diagnosis-Intervention Packet in a Tertiary Public Hospital

摘要 目的:调查分析某三级甲等公立医院医护人员对按病种分值付费(DIP)的基本认知情况、认知途径和态度,为进一步推广医保付费方式提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样方法,对某三级甲等公立医院的130例医护人员进行问卷调查。结果:医务人员对DIP基础知识的知晓率最低为55.38%(72/130),最高为96.15%(125/130),76.15%(99/130)的医护人员通过各类培训了解到DIP政策,71.54%(93/130)的医护人员希望通过院内专题培训进一步学习,91.54%(119/130)的医护人员对医院实行DIP政策持积极行动、认真配合的态度。结论:医疗机构需加强对DIP知识的推广,引导医护人员不断加强学习,提高其认知水平,将会极大推动DIP与医保管理形成“双向促进”效益。 Objective:To analyze the basic knowledge,cognitive pathways and attitudes of medical and nursing staffs in a tertiary care public hospital regarding diagnosis-intervention packet(DIP),and to provide reference for further promotion of medical insurance payment methods.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to administer a questionnaire to 130 cases of health care workers in a tertiary care public hospital.Results:The knowledge of medical staff about DIP basics ranged from a minimum of 55.38%(72/130) to a maximum of 96.15%(125/130).76.15%(99/130) of health care workers learned about DIP policy through various trainings,71.54%(93/130) of health care workers hoped to learn further through in-hospital special training,and91.54%(119/130) of health care workers had a positive action and serious attitude to cooperate with the implementation of DIP policy in our hospital.Conclusion:Medical institutions need to strengthen the promotion of DIP knowledge and guide medical and nursing staff to continuously enhance their learning and raise their awareness level,which will greatly promote DIP and medical insurance management to form a“two-way promotion”benefit.
