早期胃癌患者腹腔镜术后自主性感知水平分析

Analysis of Autonomic Perception Level in Patients with Early Gastric Cancer after Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨早期胃癌(GC)患者腹腔镜术后自主性感知水平低下的影响因素。方法:选取2018年2月—2020年10月登封市人民医院收治的73例早期GC患者作为研究对象,采用中文版自主性感知量表(PEAS-SCV)评估患者自主性感知水平,并统计所有患者基线资料,分析早期GC患者腹腔镜术后自主性感知水平低下的相关因素。结果:73例早期GC患者术后PEAS-SCV评分为(57.99±4.50)分。收入来源为子女补助、文化程度为初中及以下、年龄≥60岁、医疗费用支付方式为自费的早期GC患者腹腔镜术后PEAS-SCV评分低于收入来源为工资、文化程度为高中及以上、年龄<60岁、医疗费用支付方式为医保或新农合的患者,差异有统计学意义(t=6.353、14.104、9.776、6.108,P<0.05);不同婚姻状况、宗教信仰、失眠、居住方式、居住地、合并高血压、合并糖尿病、职业状况等特征早期GC患者腹腔镜术后PEAS-SCV评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.434、0.167、0.981、1.972、1.488、1.351、0.471、1.670,P>0.05)。经线性回归分析结果显示,收入来源为子女补助、文化程度为初中及以下、年龄≥60岁、医疗费用支付方式为自费,是导致早期GC患者自主性感知水平低下的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(t=7.423、2.498、3.564、4.846,P<0.05)。结论:早期GC患者腹腔镜术后自主性感知水平受收入来源为子女补助、文化程度为初中及以下、年龄≥60岁、医疗费用支付方式为自费等因素影响。

Objective:To analyze the level of autonomic perception in patients with early gastric cancer(GC)after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 73 early GC patients admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The Chinese version of Perception of Autonomy Scale(PEAS-SCV)was used to evaluate the level of percep⁃tion of autonomy in patients,and the baseline data of all patients were collected to analyze the related factors of low level of percep⁃tion of autonomy in patients with early GC after laparoscopic surgery.Results:The postoperative PEAS-SCV score of 73 patients with early GC was(57.99±4.50)points.The PEAS-SCV score after laparoscopic surgery of early-stage GC patients whose income source was child allowance,education level of junior high school or below,age≥60 years old,and self-pay for medical expenses was lower than the patients whose income source was salary,education level of high school or above,age<60 years old,and medi⁃cal expense payment method was medical insurance or new rural cooperative medical system,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.353,14.104,9.776,6.108,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PEAS-SCV score after lapa⁃roscopy in early GC patients with different marital status,religious belief,insomnia,living style,place of residence,hypertension,diabetes,occupational status and other characteristics(t=1.434,0.167,0.981,1.972,1.488,1.351,0.471,1.670,P>0.05).The re⁃sults of linear regression analysis showed that the source of income was child allowance,education level of junior high school and below,age≥60 years,and self-pay for medical expenses were the influencing factors of the low level of autonomy perception in patients with early GC,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.423,2.498,3.564,4.846,P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-perception level of early GC patients after laparoscopic surgery was affected by the income source of children’s subsidy,the education level of junior high school and below,the age of≥60 years old,and the payment method of medical expenses was self-pay and other factors.
