基于AHM赋权联合TOPSIS法的康艾注射液利用合理性评价

Rationality evaluation of utilization of Kang’ai injection based on AHM weighting combined with TOPSIS method

目的:建立医院患者使用康艾注射液的药物利用合理性评价标准,通过属性层次模型(AHM)赋权联合逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法对康艾注射液的使用情况进行分析,为促进合理用药提供参考。方法:制定康艾注射液药物利用评价标准,采用AHM赋权联合TOPSIS法对2021年使用康艾注射液患者的用药合理性进行评价。结果:共抽取210份病历,其中相对接近度最高为100%,最低为57.4%。相对接近度≥90%的病历2份(0.95%),相对接近度80%~90%的病历91份(43.33%),相对接近度70%~80%的病历94份(44.76%),相对接近度60%~70%的病历22份(10.48%),相对接近度<60%的病历1份(0.48%)。康艾注射液在适应证、用法用量等方面存在不合理使用情况。结论:笔者所在医院应用康艾注射液总体较为合理,但尚需加强用药宣教与管理,进一步规范康艾注射液的临床应用。

Objective:To establish the evaluation criteria for the utilization of Kang’ai injection in inpatients,and analyze the use of it by the attribute hierarchical model(AHM)weighting combined with technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method,so as to to provide references for rational drug use.Methods:Evaluation criteria for drug utilization of Kang’ai injection were formulated.AHM weighting combined with TOPSIS method were adopted to evaluate the use of Kang’ai injection in 210 cases in 2021.Results:Among 210 medical records,the highest relative approach degree was 100%,and the lowest was 57.4%.There were 2 cases(0.95%)with the relative approach degree equal or more than 90%,91 cases(43.33%)with the relative approach degree from 80% to 90%,94 cases(44.76%)with the relative approach degree from 70% to 80%,22 cases(10.48%)with the relative approach degree from 60% to 70%,and 1 case(0.48%)with a relative approach degree less than 60%.Conclusion:The application of Kang’ai injection in the author’s hospital was basically reasonable,but it was necessary to strengthen the education and management to further standardize the clinical application of Kang’ai injection.
