气胸作为胸外科常见的疾病,按病因分为自发性气胸、外伤性气胸、医源性气胸。因发病原因不同、肺萎陷的程度不同,处理的策略也不同。此外,因各医院的医疗设备及医师的技术水平存在差异,治疗措施缺乏统一的规范。治疗时机、治疗措施是患者恢复和气胸再复发的影响因素。为了减轻患者痛苦,提高疾病的治疗效果,本文结合本院对不同类型气胸的治疗经验,对国内外权威的气胸处理策略进行综述,总结气胸的规范处理策略、治疗时机及治疗过程中的注意事项等,为各位同行提供参考。

As a common disease in thoracic surgery,pneumothorax is divided into spontaneous pneumothorax,traumatic pneumothorax,and iatrogenic pneumothorax according to etiology.Because of its different causes and the extent of lung collapse,strategies for management are different.Furthermore,because of the differences in medical equipment and doctors’technical levels among hospitals,the choice of treatment measures lacks a uniform standard of regulation.During the course of treatment,the choice of timing and the choice of treatment will also affect the recovery of patients and the recurrence of pneumothorax.In order to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the therapeutic effect of the disease,the article reviews our experience in the management of different types of pneumothorax and authoritative management strategies for pneumothorax at home and abroad.To summarize the standardized management strategies for pneumothorax,the grasp of the timing and the precautions during the treatment process,and so on.To provide reference for your peers.
