数字经济作为一种新崛起的经济形态,正逐渐成为加快建设全国统一大市场的内生驱动力,也是新发展阶段下推动我国市场由大向强转变以及构建高标准市场体系的新动能。数字经济与市场经济体系的结合带来了新的机会,为破解制约市场循环的隐性壁垒和堵点痛点提供了新的手段,也为促进要素资源和商品服务的有序畅通流动提供了新的契机。但在推动我国数字经济高质量发展进程中,也面临着关键核心技术不足、数字经济区域发展不均衡、数字经济与实体经济融合程度不深、数字生态功能亟待完善等瓶颈和挑战。未来应进一步完善我国数字经济与市场体系融合发展的顶层设计和衔接机制,以前瞻布局视角全面提升数字领域关键核心技术原始创新能力,以协调发展理念逐步缩小不同地区及群体间的“数字鸿沟”,以高效有序目标促进数字技术赋能实体经济提质增效,以“双循环”新格局充分构建安全与开放的数字生态共同体,多措并举、合力协同推动数字经济高质量发展。

As a newly emerging economic form,the digital economy is gradually becoming an endogenous driving force to accelerate the construction of a unified national market,and a new dynamic force to promote the transformation of China’s market from large to strong and to build a high standard market system under the new development stage.The combination of digital economy and market economy system brings new opportunities,provides new means to break the hidden barriers and blockage pain points that restrict the market cycle,and provides new opportunities to promote the orderly and smooth flow of factor resources and commodity services.However,in the process of promoting the high quality development of China’s digital economy,it also faces bottlenecks and challenges such as the lack of key core technologies,uneven regional development of the digital economy,the lack of deep integration between the digital economy and the real economy,and the urgent need to improve the digital ecological function.In the future,we should further improve the top level design and articulation mechanism for the integration and development of China’s digital economy and market system,comprehensively enhance the original innovation capability of key core tech-nologies in the digital field from a forward-looking perspective,gradually narrow the"digital divide"between different regions and groups with the concept of coordinated development,and promote digital technology to empower the real to promote the quality and efficiency of the real economy with efficient and orderly objectives,to fully build a safe and open digital ecological community with the new pattern of"double cycle",and to promote the high quality development of the digital economy with multiple measures and concerted efforts.
