摘要
文章主要从电动侧开门的工作原理入手,进行系统运动学分析,建立数学模型,并基于MATLAB和UG Simulation进行仿真计算,得出侧开门电动开关过程中执行器输出位移与霍尔数(或开门角度)之间的关系、执行器电机转速与侧开门角速度之间的关系、速度控制算法应用以及MATLAB/UG仿真对比和误差分析。
This paper mainly starts from the working principle of power swing door system.System kinematic analysis is conducted,mathematical model is established,and simulation caculation is conducted based on MATLAB and UG Simulation.The relationship between actuator output displacement and hall count(or door opening angle)in the process of side door power opening and closing,the relationship between the actuator motor speed and the side door angle speed,speed control algorithm application and MATLAB/UG simulation comparison and error analysis are got.
